Exhibitor Registration Form
If submitting fees by credit card or PayPal complete the credit card/PayPal procedure first then return to this page and click final submit button at bottom of page.
Instructions for credit card/PayPal payment of fees:
1. Choose
registration type from the drop-down menu on the form, fill in your name or the
name of your organization on the
PayPal form then click "ADD TO CART." This will open a new page and redirect you
to the PayPal Website.
2. Confirm the order and click "PROCEED TO
CHECKOUT."
3. At this point there will be 3 options-- a) Log-in to your
preexisting PayPal account (if applicable); b) Create a log-in that will set-up
a new PayPal account; c) Click on "CONTINUE" which will bypass this section and
lead to the following step.
4. Fill in the credit card information
and billing information. Click on "REVIEW ORDER AND
CONTINUE" to complete the transaction. Note: By giving your e-mail
address to PayPal you will receive a receipt.
5. Once the transaction
has been completed with PayPal, please minimize or close the PayPal window which will return you to this MAAE Exhibitor application
page.
6. Finally, double check that the form below is complete then
click the final "SUBMIT" button located at the bottom of this
page.
