Exhibitor Fee is $50 per day:
Exhibitors may exhibit on either or both days of the forum

Options include a dinner served at the Awards Presentation which takes place Friday Evening.

Fee options are as follows:

One day      $50.00 (no dinner)
One day      $75.00 (including dinner, Friday Only)
Two days  $100.00 (no dinner)
Two days  $125.00 (including the Friday dinner)

NOTE: Exhibitor Space includes- Electrical outlet, countertop space plus a 5' long by 18" wide table, wireless internet

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO GET INVOLVED: If your company desires to advertise at the conference by furnishing notepads, writing utensils, magnets, or other items to be distributed at the conference, feel free to do so. During each meal, door prizes will be awarded. If you wish to contribute to any of these, please contact Marlynn K. Martin for further information.

The 2010 MAAE Front and Center Forum will take place at the MSU Riley Conference Center, 2200 Fifth Street, Meridian, MS 39301, http://www.msurileycenter.com A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved for the conference at a first come, first served basis for Friday and Saturday. Hotel Reservations may be made at the Hilton Gardens (601-485-3506), Holiday Inn Express (601-581-4777) or the Comfort Inn (601-693-1200). Refer to the 2010 MAAE Front and Center Forum, “Creative Solutions: Rise Above In and Through the Arts,” and you will receive the conference room rate. Reservations must be made April 28, 2010 to receive this conference rate discount
